The Secondary School Report Form is designed for US school systems but may be adapted for international school use. Many international schools do not calculate GPA, class rank, and other statistics, so please ask your school counselor/principal to leave those spaces blank.
Please ask your counselor/principal to attach your official transcript (with three years of subject grades if available), a letter of recommendation and a brief description of the grading system (school profile) in your school if available.
We also request that you submit the results of any external examinations, such as the International Baccalaureate, A Levels, French Baccalaureate, or CBSE, which are required for entrance to universities in your country. We understand that many grades are not available until after decisions are made and ask that predicted grades be sent if available. Final grades are only required for admitted students.
